Some items:
The disc takes up 44.6 gb's.
The DTS 2.0 mono is 768kbps.
Extras are re-encoded in AVC...and have 192kbps audio.
Deleted scenes/outtakes are (unfortunately) still the same laserdisc master.
SISW documentary is, as has already been stated, non-anomorphic widescreen. Just f*cking stupid. I can only imagine that's how the producers gave it to them but I don't understand why. I saw it projected here in NYC a couple of years ago and loved it. No reason for this shoddy reproduction.
The short documentary "On The Set" was obviously shot on film and could have had an HD reproduction as well.
And there's no reason why the trailers shouldn't have been included.
The Jaws Archives section is, AGAIN, all mastered for the laserdisc and are horribly blurry. Should have been re-done.
This disc will get high marks for it's picture and sound but people are being far too kind on the extras. They should have been put on a second disc. I would give it 2 stars. Very sloppy.
