TV series 24 : English subtitles

Does anybody know if the Dutch edition of the TV series 24 - Season1 has plain english subtitles ?

And what about this edition ?

Is this correct ? Just " English subtitles " ?

Some sites refer to " English for the hearing impaired" ,
others just " English subtitles"

Is there any edition with plain " English subtitles " ?

I've got the R2 UK version and it only has (removable) English hoh subtitles.

No.

The (more expensive) Dutch edition contains also a French audio track and some scandinavian subtitle tracks, but a plain English subtitle track too.

The UK version only contains an English HOH subtitle track.

I don't know how quick you want it, but... You could place a wanted ad on this forum (or on the other DVD forum: www.dvdforum.nl or even better on both!). Place your ad under "DVD's Te koop Gevraagd". Or you might check the price search machine: www.elcheapo.nl under DVD's for the cheapest Dutch online stores. For the second hand prices: the new price of the box is about €70,- to €80,- here in the Netherlands. Decide for yourself what is a reasonable second hand price. Don't forget to ask what the shipping costs will be! Specificly mention that you want the Dutch R2 version.
